Rashi in Bereishis 35,2 says that her real name (presumably her father called her) was Oholivomo but the Torah calls her Yehudis because she denied Idol worship and believed in One G-d. Eisav knew his father appreciated this so he married her using her as cover for his bad behavior:
אהליבמה. הִיא יְהוּדִית, וְהוּא כִנָּה שְׁמָהּ יְהוּדִית לוֹמַר שֶׁהִיא כּוֹפֶרֶת בַּעֲ"זָ כְּדֵי לְהַטְעוֹת אֶת אָבִיו:
1. I thought Oholovomo is for her idolatry (see robev's link in comments)? 2. Yehudis after whom, probably should be called Abrahamit?

This answer could be improved by citing Megillah 13a, that whoever denies idolatry is called a Yehudi(s).

@AlBerko 1. That's a question on the Gemara; why don't you ask it? 2. If you're referring to the interpretation in the Midrash that Avraham was on one side and the rest of the world on the other, ideologically speaking, Avraham was on a completely different plane than simple rejection of idolatry. He wasn't just clinging to Hashem; he was the first to discover Him on his own, and he was the first willing to give his life for him.
