En atencin a los mritos y circunstancias que concurren en don Miguel Indurain Larraya, a propuesta del Ministro de Asuntos Exteriores y previa deliberacin del Consejo de Ministros en su reunin del da 13 de octubre de 1995,


Vengo en concederle la Gran Cruz de la Orden del Mrito Civil.


Dado en Madrid a 13 de octubre de 1995.
