Grekoromen, ayaklara dokunmadan icra edilen güreş şeklidir. Rakipler biribirlerinin ayak ve bacaklarına dokunmadan güreşirler.


Grekoromen güreş stilinde belden yukarısı ile oyun taktik edilir. Ayakla oyun yapılmaz ve rakibin hücumu engellenmez. Bu stil Avrupa ülkelerinde yaygındır. Grekoromen güreş stilini ilk uygulayan Türk güreşçileri: Koca Yusuf, Kara Ahmed, Hergeleci İbrahim. Filiz Nurullah, Kurtdereli Mehmet, Adalı Halil, Mandıralı Ahmet ve Kara Osman'dır.
