In Photoshop there's a filter to fix those lens distortions:
- Menu Filter → Lens Correction
Choose the top Custom tab and modify the Vertical Perspective and Scale
Result:

- Menu Filter → Lens Correction
Choose the top Custom tab and modify the Vertical Perspective and Scale
