As I was writing an email, I got a bit confused on a specific sentence. Which one is "correct"?
"I'd equally love for us to take this initiative to the company"
or
"I'd equally love we take this initiative to the company"
I chose the former - did I make the right decision?

Both are a bit clunky.
I presume "equally" means there's another idea you're proposing and this one is equally important.
Try this approach:
I think that together we can develop a great marketing campaign for this product. Equally, I'd love for us to take this initiative to the company.
Not great (the word "equally" is a bit forced), but maybe it meets your needs.
