Valjevo (serbisk kyrillisk: Ваљево) er en by og en kommune vest i Serbia. Kommunen har 96 761 innbyggere (2002) og byen har 61 600 innbyggere (2002). Kommunens areal er på 905 km².


Byen er det administrative sentrum for fylket Kolubara. Valjevo ligger nær elven Kolubara, og har et mildt og temperert klima.
