Kue Éclair


Éclair adalah salah satu varian kue sus atau choux pastry yang dibentuk memanjang dan isian aneka vla dan dicelup kedalam cokelat masak. Adonan dasar Éclair sama dengan adonan sus pada umumnya hanya saja bentuknya yang memanjang menjadi ciri khas tersendiri yang membedakannya dari kue sus pada umumnya.


Kue ini berasal dari Prancis dan muncul pada abad ke-19.
